Gary Tucker lives in the small town of Sackville, New Brunswick, in the Maritime region of Canada. In 2019 he retired after 25 years as a music theorist and historian at Mount Allison University.

Long attracted to looking at photographs, he began taking photos himself in 2008. Now that he’s retired, he’s happily devoting more sustained attention to exploring landscape photography.
