There are a couple of changes this year; please review the guidelines.

April competition results

The theme this month was The eyes have it! Denise Trask's photo rated the highest score, while Amanda Doucette and Peter MacLean's photos tied for second place. The web competition results are shown in the gallery, and Georges Hachey's Face to Face came in first, John MacLean's Easter Skipping came in second, and Peter MacLean's Peaceful sunset came in third.

The final overall results of all of our competitions will be presented at the Annual General Meeting.

Stranger in the House (1)- A photography Competition

A photography competition that will test the skills of each photographer to the limit.

March Competition Results

March's projected competition theme was "Light", and we had quite a variety of approaches to the subject. The top score of 28 went to John MacLean for "Eggs". Then we had 3 scores of 26 for Denise Trask (horse barn light), Georges Long (girl with purple light) and John Tickner (frosty light)! Thanks to our judges.

Our open competition on the web had 16 entries and resulted in top score for Andre Reinders for "Mourning Dove". Georges Hachey was next with "It's Mine" and Howard Fritz was third with "Whee!

February competition results

Our theme for this competition was "Black and White" and we had a lot of great entries. We had three entries with the top score of 27: Jack Oudemans (Urchin teste), Denise Trask (Crying baby) and Georges Long (Dancer).

The online competition had no theme, and the top three scores were Puppy Love (George Hachey), Leaf (Andre Reinders) and Winterfest1 (Robyn Shortt). All of the entries can be seen in the online gallery.

January's Competition Results

November Competition Results

This month's competition entries were very diverse in response to the topic "Stirring Emotions". Thanks to our judges Barb Cowan, Kathy Thornhill, and Jack Oudemans. We had 3 images with the top score of 25 : John MacLean's "Baby", Stephen Wheatley's "Birds in Flight", and Denise Trask's "Crying Baby". The results of the web competition are posted in the gallery, with Trista Michaud-hachey's "Dazzling dragonfly" and "Milk is good" earning first and second place, and Peter MacLean's "Colours of the rainbow" in third.
